We ship our products only within India and to all major pin codes serviced by our courier partners. Some remote areas may require additional shipping time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery within Telangana typically takes 2-3 business days.
Delivery to other states may take 3-7 business days, depending on location.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, or natural disasters are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, delivery location, and chosen courier.
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
You can monitor the status and estimated delivery date using the provided tracking information.

6. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the package and items.
For delayed/lost shipments, contact our customer support with your order number for assistance.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and postal code are correct before submitting your order. AAF will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
