Refund & Return Policy for Nutplanet.in

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

Products are eligible for return or exchange in these cases:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product received has a manufacturing or shipping defect
  • Product does not conform to the agreed features or characteristics
  • Products must be unopened, in original condition, with invoice and any freebies included. Opened/used products are not eligible.
2. Return Process
  • To request a return, contact us at customerservice@nutplanet.in within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of any damage or discrepancies, and your order ID.
  • For defective or damaged items, we may require an unboxing video or clear photos for assessment.
  • Claims without proper photo/video documentation may not qualify.
3. Refunds
  • After receipt and inspection, qualifying returns will be refunded via store credit or the original mode of payment, as per your choice.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days of product receipt and completion of inspection.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for discounted orders where any promotional offer was applied.
  • Cash refunds will only be processed to the original payment method; no cash refunds for COD orders.
4. Cancellations
  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • Nutplanet.in reserves the right to cancel orders before dispatch, with full refunds provided for such cancellations.
5. Non-refundable Scenarios
  • Products without the original packaging, invoice, or that have been used/opened are not eligible for refund or return.
  • Requests after the return window, or missing required documentation, may be rejected.
6. Exclusions
  • Third-party purchases are not covered by this policy. Returns or refunds are applicable only for items purchased directly through nutplanet.in.
  • Refunds are applicable only for purchases via registered accounts.
